Meet Abe!

Hello! I’m Abe, owner and fitter at Bici Fitting!

I’ve been riding bikes for as long as I can remember; commuting home on a BMX bike in middle school, discovering mountain biking in my teens, and finding road cycling in college, which eventually led me into the bike shop world.

Bici Fitting grew out of years spent inside shops: curating, fitting bikes, managing sales floors, and watching how easily riders can get lost in the churn of retail.

After more than a decade of professional fitting what became clear was that the most meaningful work happened when there was time to slow down, listen carefully, and focus on the rider instead of the transaction. A practice built around thoughtful process, honest feedback, and positions that support how people actually ride, not just how bikes are sold.

The work is informed not only by modern biomechanics and years of hands-on experience, but also by a family history in the sport, including a grandfather who raced professionally in Mexico and throughout the Americas in the 1950s.

Today, Bici Fitting blends that long view with a contemporary, rider-first approach. Every fit is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real-world riding. Follow-ups and refinement are treated as part of the process, not an afterthought.

The goal is simple: help riders move better, stay healthy, and enjoy their time on the bike for years to come.
